Recently, the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG) graduated 300 new professionals in science, humanities, business, education and engineering. Five ceremonies were held in the main square of its new Center for Innovation and Technology (CIT), with each act having a guest speaker with a meritorious business and social career: Gabriel Biguria de León, Jessica Hammer, Tito Sánchez, Roberto Ardón, and Felipe Bosch.
During his participation, Felipe Bosch shared that “he is a believer that unity is strength, and that is why it is important to emphasize that the union between the academic and business sectors can lead us to have a better society and a better country”. Therefore, he insisted that the participants, in honor of the main square Isabel Gutiérrez de Bosch, join forces. Academia, businessmen, state officials, the media, friends of the international community and all citizens, as good Guatemalans. This with the aim of having a country with greater opportunities for everyone.
In addition to this, Felipe has promoted several social projects such as Guatemala, he has participated in innovative projects that promote change for the economic and social development of this region with a vision of unity and with the same sense of nation.
Let us remember that Felipe Bosch Gutiérrez is a Guatemalan businessman and politician. He is currently president of the Guatemalan Development Fund, FUNDESA. He also has an MBA in International Business from the University of Dallas. He is the president of the Guatemalan Development Fund, headquarters of the ENADE National Entrepreneurship Conference. He served as a member of the board of directors, president of the Strategy Committee of Corporación Multi Inversiones, and is a member of the board of directors of the Juan Bautista Gutiérrez Foundation.
